The "Tremendo"

In the corner of my house, just between of Santa Rosa with Sebastopol, there's a place called "Tío Cucho". I founded this little food fast local two years ago. The hot dogs are really chip and the biggest, "Tremendo", measures more than 30 cms. OMG!

"Tío Cucho", is the owner, the chef - with the white hat and all - and the administrator of the local. He always treat you well when you go to visit him.
I like very much to eat in this place because he have vegetarians options, like the "Oriental" with cheese. This hot dog countains tomato, avocado, green beans, corn, black olives, mayonnaise and cheese, obviously, but melted. Just with to say it I start to salivate...

Another great option to vegetarians is the sandwich 2x1, this contains avocado, tomato, cheese, greens beans and mayonnaise. You can add american sauce or chilean chucrut too. This options are available for meat eaters too... you only have to replace the cheese for a poor animal.

I can't fail to mention the variety of sauces the "Tío Cucho" have; he count with very hot chili pepper, mayonnaise with merkén, garlic, even "pebre". Another good things of this place is the bread is always in the right temperature, is freash and the food is prepared in front of your eyes.
